Vodafone get robbed, network goes down!!
Hundreds of thousands of vodafone customers in London have experienced severe downtime, after a data centre for the company was broken into in Basingstoke. Thieves stole equipment resulting in down time for texts, voice calls and 3G internet.
In a statement, Vodafone said: "We had a break in last night at one of our technical facilities which resulted in damage done to some of our equipment.
"We are working quickly to restore these and will be back to normal as soon as we can."
